We are raising forested/pastured pork, a hybrid of two heritage breeds: a Mangalitsa-Berkshire cross which provides incredibly flavorful meat.
Our pigs are always outside in large paddocks where we've planted forage plants like daikon, turnips, mustard greens, field peas, oats and barley. We rotate their paddocks. They also eat plenty of pecans and acorns along with whatever it is they can find on the ground.
We also include a high-quality non-GMO feed so the pigs always have access to good food. Prices reflect our commitment to their care.
